hej,<br><br>one correction: dates with german interface are exported and imported in yyyy-mm-dd format, so an re-import is possible without problems. maybe this was an issue in itsm beta version or it was my mistake, because excel automatically changes dates to german format.<br>

Hej,<br><br>I&#39;ve got a problem with dateformat of CIs and Import/Export. Not sure if it&#39;s a bug or if there is some place to configure the date format.<br><br>In german OTRS dates for CI attributes are entered in the format: dd.mm.yyyy, with english interface it&#39;s: mm/dd/yyyy - and they are exported in that format.<br>

But the importer only accepts dates with the format: yyyy-mm-dd. Other formats produce e.g.: <br>&quot;No FormatTimeString() translation found for &#39;10.12.2005 00:00:00&#39; string!&quot;<br><br>thanks<br>best regards, Raphael<br>
