Hello,<br><br>I&#39;ve got a question about identifiers for the csv mapping.<br>When I create a mapping template for import and select the key &quot;number&quot; as identifier in step 4, I can update my configitems in otrs with new data from a csv file.<br>
But when I take the field &quot;name&quot; as identifier it seems as the importer cannot identify my items correctly - as he inserts all items again into the database instead of updating the existing ones.<br>Do I misunderstand the concept of identifiers in the mapping or is it a bug?<br>
