Thanks for answer.

But it seems that it is not possible to add these free text fields in Change Overview view for example we have Change number , change  title , priority and so on.

May be I am wrong . Is it possible to do so.

this is currently not possible, but it is planned for a future version 
of OTRS ITSM (could take some time)...
