Hello all! This is my first email, I am a new otsm user.
I have installed a ubuntu server 8.10 and later otrs2 package, 2.2.7
version. Till now no problem; otrs is installed OK, I can access via web
browser.
But we want install itsm functionalities. When I try install
GeneralCatalog-1.1.3.opm from Package Manager
