Hello all! This is my first email, I am a new otsm user. I have installed a ubuntu server 8.10 and later otrs2 package, 2.2.7 version. Till now no problem; otrs is installed OK, I can access via web browser. But we want install itsm functionalities. When I try install GeneralCatalog-1.1.3.opm from Package Manager <http://172.17.1.21/otrs/index.pl?Action=AdminPackageManager&Session=101a80bfc15eaf99724a58001c53773405>, this error appears: Can't locate XML/Parser/Lite.pm in @INC (@INC contains: ../../ /usr/share/otrs/Kernel/cpan-lib /usr/share/otrs/ /etc/perl /usr/local/lib/perl/5.10.0 /usr/local/share/perl/5.10.0 /usr/lib/perl5 /usr/share/perl5 /usr/lib/perl/5.10 /usr/share/perl/5.10 /usr/local/lib/site_perl . /etc/apache2 /usr/sbin/../.. /usr/sbin/../../Kernel/cpan-lib) at /usr/share/otrs//Kernel/System/XML.pm line 1073, <fh00001GeneralCatalog-1.1.3.opm> line 91. I installed the package libxml-parser-lite-tree-perl and now comes this error: not properly closed tag 'File' I have sought information on the internet but I have not managed to find the problem.
