Yes it is.

Also, I think what your are missing is the correct reference, according to that list of Atributes, the correct one is "WorkOrderAgentID" and I see you are using "WorkOrderAgent"[GW] this is on the list you provided.

Are you looking for the Agent Name instead of the ID?[GW] of course, this makes sense, Hello 13 is only cool in House J

If so I would try something like Hello <OTRS_WORKORDER_WorkOrderAgent_FirstName>[GW] first, not on the list, second, same result: Hello -
