If you click on the package names in the package manager, you can see a list of all included files, the ones wich have been modified are marked with a red icon. Can you confirm this? I have tried to reinstall them using the reinstall "button", and when that didn't help, uninstalled them and installed them again from the online repository. Same problem.
Any ideas?
