Hi, I'm sorry, I have effectively the "New" button in the top menu. It was a mistake. I have not seen it. Ok so, I'm on the 1.0.6 version, and yes I have the "Config Item" button in the top menu. Is it possible to add item in ?

Mike

If you want to add a computer to the database you choose "Config Item" in the top-menu. Then New > Computer. If you don't see an icon for "Config Item" in your top menu, you probably haven't configured the permissions. Go to the admin area, chosse "users <-> groups" and make sure your user is in the itsm groups. Does that solve your problem?
