FIRA: Services doesnt appear in the "New ticket telephone"
Dear Friends. I created some Services an SLA. After that, I go to the "New ticket telephone" option, but none of the "Services" option appear. Do I have to configure something else? Hello, To be able to use the new services you have to allow the customer of
the ticket to request on that service, by either linking customer_user <->
Services or making all services default.
To do that Go to Admin -> Customer User <-> Services and enable
corresponding services for each user or set all services as default.
