We have decided to give the OTRS ticketing system a try and
within our IT setup to utilize it by the IT helpdesk team.
After the installation we attempted to link the system to our
LDAP but for some reason it wasn't successful.

that we did wrong.
1) Downloaded the application & installed it.
2) The system was installed on a local machine (created the admin
user name & password)
3) We attempted to link the system to our active directory LDAP after
the instructions on do so.
4) After modifying the config file, the link wasn't working.
5) Attached is a copy of the config files with our changes.
