A structured tree view

Hello; On the announcement of OTRS::ITSM 1.1.1 (Whitehaven Beach) release, there is a phrase that says: "A structured tree view on services & CIs including informations on each objects current status allows to analyse an incident and calculate the incidents impact on affected services and customers." Do you know where can i see this structured view??? Greetings; Gustavo Dias Silveira

Hi Gustavo, I relieve that you are looking for this: [ Overview: Service ] https://IP/otrs/index.pl?Action=AgentITSMService --> structured (hierarquical) view of services, vith there status (computed from the CI operational state and "depends on" relations) At [ Overview: Config Item ] https://IP/otrs/index.pl?Action=AgentITSMConfigItem you can see all the CI (in each CI class, and their related services). Un saludo, Alex -----Original Message----- From: itsm-bounces@otrs.org [mailto:itsm-bounces@otrs.org] On Behalf Of gustavo Sent: jueves, 12 de junio de 2008 22:10 To: itsm@otrs.org Subject: [itsm] A structured tree view Hello; On the announcement of OTRS::ITSM 1.1.1 (Whitehaven Beach) release, there is a phrase that says: "A structured tree view on services & CIs including informations on each objects current status allows to analyse an incident and calculate the incidents impact on affected services and customers."
