Hi all, I'm using ITSM 1.0.94 on OTRS 2.2.6 and can't import any CIs: I'm trying to import just one "computer" (larger amounts won't work either) and get the following errors: Traceback: ERROR: OTRS-CGI-10 Perl: 5.8.8 OS: linux Time: Tue Apr 15 11:58:42 2008 Message: Error occurred. Import impossible! Traceback (3685): Module: Kernel::Modules::AdminImportExport::Run (v1.18) Line: 1191 Module: Kernel::System::Web::InterfaceAgent::Run (v1.23) Line: 670 Module: /opt/otrs/bin/cgi-bin/index.pl (v1.81) Line: 47 Syslog says: Apr 15 11:58:42 bs-otrs-staging OTRS-CGI-10[3685]: [Error][Kernel::System::ImportExport::FormatBackend::CSV::ImportDataGet][Lin e:219]: SourceContent must be a scalar reference Apr 15 11:58:42 bs-otrs-staging OTRS-CGI-10[3685]: [Error][Kernel::Modules::AdminImportExport::Run][Line:1191]: Error occurred. Import impossible! MySQL doesn't even try to insert anything. I am wondering about this entry in syslog: "SourceContent must be a scalar reference" I haven't had this in 1.0.93 where I got no error at all in OTRS but the syslog entrys: Apr 14 10:24:18 bs-otrs-staging OTRS-CGI-10[16215]: [Notice][Kernel::Modules::AdminImportExport::Run] 1 items exported not successful. After going through the list's archive, I can't tell if I stumbled upon this bug ( http://bugs.otrs.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2725 ) since it doesn't say in which "cases" it ignores the import. Someone got an idea?
