Service and SLA selection at ticket creation time

Hi,
Although there are SERVICE and SLA field for ticket, I can only select the queue at ticket creation.
What should I do to change the service and SLA of the ticket?

You have to link the services to the relating customers to be able to select service and the regarding sla's during ticket creation.
