[otrs] Unable to see Service and SLA in drop down

Hi, How can I assign a service to all users (customers) and not to a specific list of users? Regards, Aurélien

Hi Josef Apparently you can liaise service with a customer named "default" (Id 1 in the DB) to see it for everyone. Unfortunately I used only a LDAP(active directory)connection for my customer DB and therefore the "default" user is not available for my conf... Is someone I've an idea to solve this issue?
