Create a ConfigItem by using the SOAP interface / rpc.pl
Hello, Is it possible to create a ConfigItem by using the SOAP Interface (rpc.pl) delivered with OTRS? The reason I ask this is that we have a lot of ConfigItems in XML format from another software and we would like to write an import script for OTRS::ITSM. Hi Udo, yes, we did notice that feature, but it has no XML option. As a first solution we will convert our XML files to CSV and then import them via the interface. But for the future it would be much easier to have XML support in sone way, mainly because of all the relationships between the ConfigItems. CSV is not able to import/export them. With XML that would be possible (at least i-doIT does it).
