Hi All, Anybody knows if is possible add a information text field (like Telephone or another) on Admin Queue page?. Were integrating OTRS with an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system to provide telephonic notification to our HelpDesk. The IVR query the OTRS DataBase to find a responsible phone number to phone.
