Hi. We are working with ITSM 1.2.2 and we try to make the Network items list we have an error. When it happen we obtein this error on the navigator: Software error: Can't use an undefined value as a HASH reference at ../..//Kernel/Modules/AgentITSMConfigItem.pm line 142. For help, please send mail to the webmaster (root@localhost), giving this error message and the time and date of the error. And the OTRS writes in the log this message: [Tue Feb 24 17:55:31 2009][Error][Kernel::System::ITSMConfigItem::Version::VersionGet][258] No such config item version! All others CI lists (Computers, Hardware, Location, Software) work correctly. Saludos. I found the error. The problem was a unconnected record in the CONFIGITEM table. I deleted it and now works fine. Thanks. Saludos.
