Hi list, I'm trying to integrate ITSM Config managment with external monitoring application. I can open an ITSMConfigItemZoom by using the link: http://server/otrs/index.pl?Action=AgentITSMConfigItemZoom&ConfigItemID=2 This is ok but I have to use the ConfigItemID as parameter and it is not available in the monitoring application. So my question - is it possible to use another field of the AgentITSMConfigItemZoom (for example - hostname or IP address) as parameter in the url? Thanks Peter
