POP3 Problem in a newly setup OTRS Box...Please help

Dear Team I had setup an OTRS system in my test server. Everything looks like good so far. But when I tried to Fetch mails using PostMasterPOP3.pl it gives me following error. Hi, It looks like a simple authentication issue. Ensure that in your config settings (i.e. at http://yourhost/otrs/?Action=AdminPOP3 ) your username and password are exactly correct. Many hosts simply use the handle before the @ sign as the username for the email, yours may be the same. Ensure your username/password settings match that of your email client.
