Hi again. I could'nt figure out how to use customer company. I looks like a pure string attribute with no meaning in the system. If you want to group your customers and allow them to see other tickets from his/her company, you need Customer ID field. The company tickets view in customer frontend shows tickets with Customer ID equal to the Customer ID of the loggen in customer. Regards Anton. Diego Giardinetto пишет:
