ITSM Config Item problem, mis-uderstanding, something.
I am new to otrs, and itsm.. I hope I am posing this to the correct list, as I think my problem is strictly related to ITSM.. I have installed otrs, and ITSM and over come the small hurdles that came with that. However, in attempting to setup ITSM I have hit a snag. When I click config item, I can't add an item like the documentation says. I have searched the forums, and googled my problem to death to no avail. Does anyone know what I am doing wrong? Not sure if this will be answered either, but I will send this out and continute to disect the documentation and source code. I am building a couple of configitem service class related items. For arguments sake, we will say CAR and stereo are two new items. I want to be able to tie the stero to the car, but am clueless on how to cross the 2 definitions correctly, any help would be appreciated. Joshua McDowell
