Hello, I'm looking for some more information regarding the "Timeaccounting" module within OTRS. The FAQ page has some brief instructions about how to install and configure but I'd like some additional details of what the module does. Does it activate a clock to track how much time is spent on each ticket? Does it allow you to manually enter time spent on a ticket? Does anyone have more details? Thanks, Bryan
