ich bin noch recht frisch was OTRS angeht und natürlich stellen sich ein paar Fragen.
Verwendet wird CentOS7 und OTRS Community Editon in der Version 6.0.10
Ich habe bisher erfolgreich eine LDAP Anbindung für die Agent Auth. konfiguriert und unsere Kunden DB soll/ muss aus einer MS SQL Quelle kommen. Alles soweit ok, jedoch ist ja Valid_ID ein Requirement soweit ich dies verstanden habe.
Vermutlich wird dies wohl das Gültig-Feld sein, was mit den Werten 1-3 (gültig, ungültig, ungültig-temporär)als INT beschrieben wird. In der Kunden DB habe ich aber nichts vergleichbares um dies zu mappen.
Gibt es einen weg dies außer Acht zu lassen und/ oder im Nachgang gesetzt wird?
Meine zweite Frage ist, wie setze ich das Logging auf Debug, damit ich alles sehe während ich noch am Konfigurieren bin.
Derzeit ist es in der Config.pm so konfiguriert:
