Du verwendest hier einmal CURRENT, das ist der aktuell tätige Agent, und einmal CUSTOMER.
Ich schlage vor du änderst den ersten Tag auf CUSTOMER, dann können auch männliche Agenten eure weiblichen Kunden anschreiben ;-))
