Kollege sagte gerade er hat es umgestellt auf smtp :-/

Naja vlt sagt ers mir nächstes mal früher...
Aber Umlaute gehn auch bei smtp net...

Das hättest du aber auch ganz einfach selber herausfinden können, z.B. durch

find / -name sendmail.cf

unter Sendmail::EncodingForce steht base64 allerdings ist diese Option nicht aktiv.

wo liegt denn die sendmail.cf?

Hi,

nutze den Sendmail, bei der OTRS-Version 2.2

Wenn ich mir die Standard-Emailtexte im Frontend anzeigen lasse, sind schon keine Umlaute mehr vorhanden.
Irgendwo wird der Text nochmal formatiert, bevor OTRS damit arbeitet, weil in den Dateien selber die Umlaute vorhanden sind...

Hallo an alle,

mein OTRS System zeigt Umlaute nicht korrekt an.
Ich habe bereits in der Kernel/Config.pm das default-charset auf utf-8 gesetzt.
Trotzdem werden die Standard-Emailtexte immer mit Symbolen ersetzt.

In welcher Einstellung ermögliche ich das anzeigen von Umlauten in Emails?
