wenn dir gar nichts anderes mehr hilft, dann schau mal in <OTRS>/scripts/database nach,
da gibt's eine Datei mit Namen "initial_insert.sql" in der stehen die initialen Werte drin, also z.B.:

Ich hab aus Übereifer die Statusmeldungen von OTRS "eingedeutscht" und stehe
nun vor einem flügellahmen System. Möchte das ganze wieder rückgängig
machen. Leider weiß ich nicht mehr den Wortlaut der englischen
Oringal-Statusmeldungen. Weiß jemand, wo diese dokumentiert sind - oder
gibt's vielleicht eine andere Möglichkeit, den Misstand zu beheben
(abgesehen von einer Neuinstallation...)?
