Ich benutze t-prot um Signaturen abzustrippen; zwar nur in mutt, aber das sollte auch für OTRS gehen:
In mutt nutze ich: t-prot -acelmtS -Mmutt --spass -L$HOME/.mutt/mlfooters -A$HOME/.mutt/adfooters
Das könnte man also auch einflechten.
Gerade mal getestet:
Aus dem .forward:
|/opt/otrs/bin/PostMaster.pl
wird:
"|/usr/bin/t-prot --ftr-ad --ftr-ml -cemktS --bigq |/opt/otrs/bin/PostMaster.pl"
mit dem Resultat:
