Gibt es schon einen Installer für die 1.3 unter Windows
oder muß ich mir  den tarball runterziehen.

Wenn ich das richtig sehe, benutzen Sie OTRS 1.2.x. In OTRS 1.2.x war
das Ticket-Delete Feature bassierend auf dem Plattformabängigen Befehl
"rm". Dies wurde mir OTRS 1.3.x Plattformunabhängig implimentiert.

D. h. ich habe zwei Möglichkeiten für Sie dieses Problem zu umgehen:

a) Update auf OTRS 1.3 (ggf. mit Hilfe unseres Supports :)

oder

b) Die Spieltickets per SQL löschen
