Wenn ich diese Zeilen in die httpd.conf einfüge funktioniert es: <directory /opt/otrs/bin/cgi-bin> order allow,deny allow from all </directory> <directory /opt/otrs/var/httpd/htdocs> order allow,deny allow from all </directory> Aber was hat die Installation von OTRS::ITSM gemacht, dass die Icons vorher angezeigt wurden und nachher nicht mehr?
