Hi Sven, das Problem liegt am CPAN-Modul PDF::API2. Es hat bis 0.56 probleme mit utf8. Wir sprechen es jetzt anders au, um mit utf8 keine Probleme mehr zu haben. Das Problem ist, dass dann PDF::API2 0.56 oder höher benötigt wird. Wir haben es für OTRS 2.2.3 auch schon einen Check eingebaut, damit sowas wie bei Dir jetzt nicht nochmal passiert und als Fallback html-print generiert wird. Im Log für den Admin steht dann mehr drin.
