Das sagt noch nicht viel aus. Check mal /opt/otrs/bin/cgi-bin/index.pl auf der shell. Z. B.: shell> su - otrs shell> cd /opt/otrs/ shell:/opt/otrs> perl -cw bin/cgi-bin/index.pl bin/cgi-bin/index.pl syntax OK shell:/opt/otrs> perl bin/cgi-bin/index.pl <OTRS HTML Seite> shell:/opt/otrs> Hier sollte irgendwo Dein Problem auftauchen.
