[otrs-de] Auto Populate of Customers in the customer screen

As I enter the the customer screen from an agent, by default no customers are shown (auto populated). I have to "search" first by using an asteriks (*). Can this be changed so that existing customers are directly populated when the screen is entered? Regards Simon van Halm
