OK, getestet. Funktioniert hier nicht. Ich brauche schon das mod_perl.
Ohne mod_perl sollte OTRS eigentlich auch funktionieren...

Ich weiß jetzt nicht, was du genau installiert hast, also welche mod_perl2 Version und welches CGI.pm, aber vielleicht hilft dir folgende Konfiguration weiter.
