Mit OTRS kenne ich mich nicht so gut aus. Mit Perl aber schon etwas. Da koenntest du wohl (WOHL!) zu recht kommen, indem du einfach "my $Prefix" oben im "sub Run" rein tuest. e.g. da steht schon (ab z. 40) # get config options my %Config = (); my %Match = (); my %Set = (); my $StopAfterMatch; danach einfach folgendes einsetzen : my $Prefix; Aber selber bekomme ich den Fehler nicht. ich habe einen Upgrade von 2.3.1 nach 2.4.2 vorgenomen. Nun verarbeitet otrs mir die E-Mails nicht mehr. Folgende Fehlermeldung bekomme ich:
