[otrs-de] Problem: Agent Notification Flut

Hallo, wir haben von OTRS 1.3 auf 2.0 umgestellt und seitdem habe ich das Problem, dass bei manchen Tickets jede Minute ein Agent Notification geschickt wird. Im Syslog habe ich nur: OTRS-PM3-10[10464]: [Notice][Kernel::System::Ticket::Article::SendAgentNotification] Sent agent 'FollowUp' notification to 'agent@host'. OTRS-PM3-10[10464]: [Notice][Kernel::System::PostMaster::FollowUp::Run] FollowUp Article to Ticket [10115111] created (TicketID=116721, ArticleID=230210). , UNd das jede Minute, obwohl da keine neue Mails reinkommen. Ausserdem anscheinend an Agenten die gar nichts mit dem Ticket zu tun haben teilweise. Kennt jemand den Effekt oder hat eine Idee woran das liegen könnte? Gruß, Sebastian Wiesinger
