Hallo OTRS Liste,

in der Featureliste von OTRS steht, dass man Tickets auch aus einem normalen E-Mail Programm, statt dem Webinterface. Ich vermute, man antwortet dann einfach auf die Notification E-Mails, die man erhält. Allerdings funktioniert nicht das.

Könnt ihr mir sagen, was ich dafür einstellen muss, damit das funktioniert?
