gibt es eine Möglichkeit nur bestimmte Queues und Stati im Kundeninterface zur Auswahl zu stellen?

In der SysConfig kannst Du unter Frontend::Customer::Ticket::ViewNew das Attribut "CustomerPanelOwnSelection" mit den gewünschten Queues belegen, die im Customer-Interface angezeigt werden sollen. Doch was meinst Du mit Stati? Du kannst unter Frontend::Customer::Ticket::ViewNew ebenfalls den DefaultStatus setzen. Meinst Du das?
