Hallo Thomas, ich muss gleich mal dazu sagen, dass ich nicht mit LDAP Arbeite sondern mit dem DB-Modul von OTRS. Ich darf nicht an das LDAP anbinden aber zumindest die Informationen aus dem LDAP verwenden. Ich synchronisiere die LDAP-User einer bestimmten Gruppe mit einem Script mit meiner DB. Die Fehlermeldung besagt, dass der User nicht angelegt werden kann. Ich vermute, dass die LDAP-Felder nicht übernommen werden. Was mir noch einfällt: Gibt es verschiedene Konfigurationen? Also ist das ein Update gewesen?

Wenn ja, versuch doch bitte mal die Konfiguration nach den Defaults.pm
Werten neu zu erstellen.
Sowas wie ein Tutorial habe ich leider auch noch nicht gefunden, vielleicht
könnte dir das helfen: http://cunningcoder.org/node/9 zumindest ist das eine
anscheinend funktionierende Konfiguration welche zumindest zum Teil
übernommen werden kann.

die beiden Dinge habe ich ja bereits drin:
$Self->{UserSyncLDAPMap}
$Self->{UserSyncLDAPGroups}
Aber was besagt der Rest. Wo kann ich denn eine Auflistung der Variablen,
bzw. Configurationsoptionen finden?
$Self->{'UserSyncLDAPGroupsDefination'},
Damit ist sicher eine Definition gemeint, aber wie kann sowas aussehen? Gibt
es irgendwo ein Tutorial oder Beispiele.
