Was mir aber auffällt ist, dass die Anzeige der Einträge dann so breit wird, wie man Text in die Felder eingegeben hat. Unter Sysconfig konnte ich nichts passendes zum erzwungenen Zeilenumbruch o.ä. finden.
Lebt Ihr alle damit oder übersehe ich etwas?
Es ist ein Bug, der irgendwann hoffentlich behoben wird :): http://bugs.otrs.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1082
