OTRS:/opt/otrs/otrs-3.0.11# bin/otrs.RebuildConfig.pl ERROR: Can't read /opt/otrs/RELEASE: Datei oder Verzeichnis nicht gefunden This file is needed by central system parts of OTRS, the system will not work without this file. Died at /opt/otrs/otrs-3.0.11/Kernel/Config/Defaults.pm line 2183. Ist hier vllt der Hase begraben? Ich hab jetzt das alte /opt/otrs/ in /opt/otrs-old kopiert und ein neues /opt/otrs/ angelegt hierein hab ich otrs-3.0.11 kopiert und ln –s otrs-3.0.11 otrs verlinkt?
