Hallo,

Otrs lief bei mir einwandfrei, jedoch seit gestern kann es keine Mail mehr abrufen.

Bei einem Restart mit dem Befehl:

rcotrs restart-force

Kommt folgendes:

Shutting down OTRS

 Disable /opt/otrs/bin/PostMaster.pl ... done.

crontab:  user `otrs' unknown

 Shutting down cronjobs ... failed!

Shutting down OTRS (completely)

 Shutting down Apache ... done.

 Shutting down MySQL ... done.

                                                                     done

Starting OTRS (completely)

 Starting Apache ... done.

 Starting MySQL ... done.

Starting OTRS

 Checking Apache ... done.

 Checking MySQL ... done.

 Checking database connect... (It looks Ok!).

 Enable /opt/otrs/bin/PostMaster.pl ... done.

 Checking otrs spool dir...  done.

crontab:  user `otrs' unknown

 Creating cronjobs (source /opt/otrs/var/cron/*) ... failed!

Direkt danach erhalte ich im root E-Mail konto follgende Nachricht:

Subject: Cron <root@ipx10208> /root/confixx/confixx_counterscript.pl

DBI->connect(confixx:localhost;mysql_socket=/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock) failed:

Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock'

(2) at confixx_counterscript.pl line 94

#2005: Konnte Datenbankverbindung nicht aufbauen : Can't connect to local MySQL

server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock' (2)    

Hoffe hier auf schnelle Hilfe, da das System imlaufenden Betrieb eingesetzt wird und ich bereits gesehen habe, das einige Mails auf dem Server liegen, die nicht abgerufen werden können.
