Erwin Ich kenne (K)ubuntu leider auch nicht. Ich arbeite mit Red Hat und MySQL. Es gibt tonnenweise Weblinks und ubuntu Dokumentation wo erklärt wird wie was installiert wird. Du wirst da schon ein bisschen Zeit investieren müssen. Wieso nutzt Du kein System, welches Du gut kennst? OTRS läuft so ziemlich auf allem. Offensichtlich (aufgrund der Fehlermeldung) motzt das System wegen eines nicht gefundenen 'DBD/Pg.pm'; also dem PostgreSQL Datenbanktreiber. Installiere als nächsten Schritt das entsprechende Treiberpaket.

wenn der OTRS-Dienst nun läuft (Punkt 4.3) solltest du nun http://localhost/otrs/index.pl aufrufen können.
