Hallo zusammen, FYI: es läuft tatsächlich nur, wenn man den Port www/mod_perl2 installiert Die Konfiguration für das Modul ist schon im Skript /opt/otrs/scripts/apache2-httpd-new.include.conf vorbereitet. Man braucht also diese Datei in die httpd.conf zu inkludieren: # Enable mod_perl for OTRS Include /opt/otrs/scripts/apache2-httpd-new.include.conf Danke an Michael für den Tipp. Serguei Serguei Pronkine schrieb:

ich habe Apache/2.1.4, Server built: Oct 12 2005 11:53:09 und Perl 5.8.7 ist als CGI-Engine installiert. Aber ich probier es mal mit dem Port www/mod_perl2.

Hallo community, ich habe OTRS (PRODUCT = OTRS, VERSION = 2.0.4, BUILDDATE = Sat Nov 12 14:28:35 CET 2005, BUILDHOST = esanta.edenhofer.de) unter FreeBSD 6.0 laufen.
Beim Aufruf Admin -> Paket Verwaltung bekomme ich immer unten stehende Fehlermeldung. Hat jemand eine Idee, was das sein kann? Ähnliches erscheint auch in der httpd-error.log
