Hallo OTRS-Community, wenn ich die Paketverwaltung in OTRS aufrufen will (Produktivsystem: OTRS 5; Testsysteme: OTRS 6) erhalte ich im Logfile bzw. im Systemprotokoll die Fehlermeldung: [Fri Feb 19 10:04:29 2021] [Error][Kernel::System::WebUserAgent::Request][225] Can't perform GET on http://ftp.otrs.org/pub/otrs/misc/packages/repository.xml: 500 Can't connect to ftp.otrs.org:80 Hat sich die URL geändert? Jetzt kann ich z.B. das freie OTRS-Feature FAQ nicht mehr aktualisieren. Vielen Dank Gruß Sepp
