Hallo Alex, also ich hab unser OTRS folgendermaßen aktualisiert: OTRS 2.4.9 - OTRS 3.0.10, - OTRS 3.1.11 auf OTRS 3.2.1 (Nicht jedes einzelne Patch installiert) Dabei bin ich nach der Anleitung aus dem OTRS Admin-Handbuch, Kapitel "Upgrade" vorgegangen. Idealerweise hab ich das Ganze zuvor auf einer Testinstallation getestet. Grúß Sepp

wenn ich von der OTRS Version 3.1.2 auf 3.2.0 upgraden möchte, muss ich dann alle Patches vom Release 3.1 einspielen? ( bis 3.1.14) Oder kann ich direkt auf 3.2 Release gehen? Vielen Dank!
