Hallo OTRS-Gemeinde, wir haben heute ein Systemwechsel gemacht und die Datenbank manuell importiert, jetzt erhalten wir leider folgende Fehlermeldung, wenn wir irgendeine Queue anklicken. Software error: Can't use an undefined value as a HASH reference at /usr/share/otrs//Kernel/System/Ticket/Article.pm line 1409. For help, please send mail to the webmaster (webmaster@localhost), giving this error message and the time and date of the error. Hat da vielleicht jemand ne Idee?
