Antw: [otrs-de] Fehler nach Update von 2.2.1 nach 2.2.2

Hallo zusammen, ich antworte mir mal zum Teil selbst ;-) man muss auch noch: ALTER TABLE ticket ADD escalation_response_time INTEGER; ALTER TABLE ticket ADD escalation_solution_time INTEGER; ausführen, dann sind die Fehler weg. Das mit dem ITSM1.0.1 bleibt aber... Grüße Chris

nach dem Update von 2.2.1 auf 2.2.2 und Ausführen des kleinen SQL Skriptes DBUpdade-2.2.2.sql habe ich diverse Fehlermeldungen und eine Merkwürdigkeit:

Beim Ausführen des Skriptes:

ERROR 1060 at line 13: Duplicate column name 'first_response_time' ERROR 1060 at line 13: Duplicate column name 'solution_time'

Im Systemlog habe ich nun ständig:

error OTRS-CGI-10 Unknown column 'st.escalation_response_time' in 'field list', SQL: 'SELECT st.id, st.tn, st.escalation_start_time, st.escalation_response_time, st.escalation_solution_time, st.ticket_state_id, st.service_id, st.sla_id, st.create_time, st.queue_id, st.ticket_lock_id FROM queue q, ticket st WHERE st.ticket_state_id IN ( 1, 4, 6, 7, 8 ) AND q.id = st.queue_id AND q.group_id IN ( 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 ) AND st.ticket_lock_id IN ( 3, 1 ) ORDER BY st.escalation_start_time ASC LIMIT 5000'

Ich glaube, irgendetwas wird da falsch "upgedatet"

Außerdem steht beim Anmelden und oben links immer noch ITSM 1.0.1 obwohl ich auch die ITSM Geschichten auf 1.0.2 ohne Fehler hochziehen konnte.

Man kann auch keine Tickets mehr anlegen:

Can't use an undefined value as a HASH reference at /opt/otrs//Kernel/System/Ticket/Article.pm line 1409.

Kann mir jemand helfen?
