Hallo allerseits,

wir haben eine 2003er Domäne und möchten gerne OTRS mittels LDAP auf unsere Benutzer im AD zugreifen lassen.

Dies soll ermöglichen das die Benutzer automatisch mit ihrem Windowskennwort angemeldet werden bzw. wir als

Admins die Benutzer in ORTS suchen können.

Bin totaler Anfänger was LDAP Anbindung anbelangt deshalb bin ich um jede ausführliche Hilfe dankbar.
