Erstmal danke für eure Antworten!
Ich würde mal vermuten, dass eine Mail-Schleife auftritt, weil die
Info-Mails von OTRS wieder an das Postfach gehen, welches per
postmaster abgefragt wird.....
OTRS fragt die eMail-Adresse otrs@... ab
die Info-Mails mit den Nachfragen gehen aber an meine persönliche
Adresse...
-> ich kann mich erinnern, dass ich beim Einrichten irgendwo eingetragen
habe, dass Mails für den Administrator in Kopie an meine Adresse gehen
sollen... - Ich hab aber keine Ahnung, wo ich diese Einstellung nun im
laufenden Programm wiederfinden kann... (???)
eine „Nachfragebenachrichtigung“ wird z.B. ausgelöst, wenn jemand eine
Mail an otrs sendet, mit der Ticketnummer (die Nummer des Tickets mit
den n Nachfragen) als Betreff. Um zu verstehen was es bei dir ist, muss
man sich ja nur mal anschauen, wer da wie nachfragt.
das kann es leider nicht sein - wir sind noch in der
Installations-/Testphase - Keine "echten" Kunden... Keine händisch
ausgelösten Nachfragen. Die Mails kommen tatsächlich vom System...
