Welche mod_perl-Version verwendest du? Welche Version von CGI.pm kommt
zum Einsatz? Wie sieht deine apache-Konfiguration für OTRS aus?
Das ganze läuft auf Debian sarge mit dem Paket libapache2-mod-perl2
