Also 1. Sicherung, 2. Archiv entpackt, 3. DB Upgrade, 4. Theme auf Standar= d=20 umgestellt und gestartet.
OK. Welches Backend nutzt du zum Speichern der Tickets? Standardm=E4=DFig= =20 wird alles in der DB gespeichert, aber hast du evtl. auf FS umgestellt?
